Pastor Jim Keavney is our founding pastor and teaching pastor. Pastor Jim's radio program Changed By Love broadcasts his sermons on 135 radio stations nationwide.  His teaching style is usually described as “real” by the people who attend and his sermons are known for their clarity and passion for God’s word. His experience as a husband, father, and business owner often translates into “real life” applications of God’s Word. He is married to his lovely wife Pam, and has three amazing kids and his best buddy grandson, Noah James!

Pastor Jon is the assistant Pastor at Calvary Chapel Morris Hills.  One of his biggest passions is discipleship and learning how to live everyday life passionately pursuing Jesus Christ. Pastor Jon is married to his best friend, Nicole, and they have four beautiful kids: Lila, Titus, Abigail, and Joshua.  He and his family came to Calvary Chapel Morris Hills after serving on the foreign missions field for five years.

Rob Taylor is the Executive Director and General Manager of Crossway Radio. Rob brings to Crossway many years experience with Non-Profits, Non-Commercial and Public Radio leadership, including donor and fundraising development, the creation of content for broadcast and digital platforms, and the mentoring of young professionals from diverse backgrounds. Rob resides in Morris County with his wife and has family in several states, on both coasts. 

Barry serves as the Worship Leader at Calvary Chapel Morris Hills, having spent the prior 15 years on worship teams at several  Northern New Jersey churches. He is passionate about using his musical gifts to serve Christ and His church. Barry also has a heart for leading men in discipleship, something others had done for him. Barry lives in Sussex County with his wife Helene, who together have 4 adult children, a daughter-in-law and have recently welcomed their first grandchild.
